Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or Health Management.
• 6-8 years of experience in B2B or Customer Marketing.
• Experience with existing customers and complex B2B accounts.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and frameworks.
• Proven experience in upsell and retention initiatives.
• Experience working with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Fluent in German and English.
