In Short

  • Contribute to local market research requests.

Requirements

  • 0 – 4 years of commercial real estate or B2B sales experience.
  • Demonstrable success in business development.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Preferred: State Real Estate License within 90 days of hire.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate.
  • Understanding of real estate fundamentals is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and desire for career development.
  • Detail-oriented and articulate.
  • Ability to interface with key client representatives.
  • Initiative in outreach to new leads.
