Account Manager, Global Inclusion & Health Equity - Remote

Overview

Real Chemistry is looking for a Manager to join our growing Global Inclusion and Health Equity team, applying data-driven, inclusion and health equity solutions to improve health outcomes for all.

In Short

• Responsible for outstanding client service and account management activities for 1-3 accounts.
• Drive flawless and timely project execution and high-touch client communications.
• Conduct desk research for industry trends related to inclusion and equity.
• Develop presentations, creative briefs, PR materials, and internal/external communications.
• Manage Veeva Vault for Medical, Legal Regulatory submission processes.
• Monitor, track, and report all project-related activities.
• Support overall account development and fiscal performance.
• Partner with functional area-experts for deliverable needs.
• Schedule meetings and provide agendas and recaps to clients.
• Collect and address client feedback across deliverables.

Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for inclusion and health equity.
• Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Independent thinker who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Confident communicator with strong oral and written skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with media monitoring, research, and project execution.
• Healthcare agency experience is a plus.
