21GRAMS is in search of Account Executive to join our growing team and to support projects and programs as directed by senior management on the team. This is an opportunity to support client and new business development efforts across a range clients, using your communications training and experience to improve health and make a difference.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

In Short

• Participate in new business opportunities as a support to the Account Director.
• Take notes during meetings/calls and send recaps.
• Request and collect resources needed to service project scopes.
• Learn and implement each client’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support PM in collecting and compiling feedback on milestone deliveries.
• Drive the creation of billable job codes.
• Shadow and assist Account Lead in revenue recognition meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Contribute feedback with a solution-oriented focus.
• Manage expectations with clients from project inception to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Initiative in seeking training on processes/procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
