Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will play a critical role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of Reach Financial’s systems and infrastructure. Collaborating with Engineering leaders, DevOps, Product, and Software Engineers, you’ll design, implement, and maintain systems that ensure Reach Financial can deliver an exceptional, resilient platform to millions of Americans.

In Short

• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
• Define, implement, and monitor SLI/SLOs and error budgets.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application and system performance.
• Lead incident response efforts and perform root cause analyses.
• Reduce toil by automating repetitive tasks.
• Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (Salesforce or AWS preferred).
• Partner with Security teams for compliance and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar role.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong coding skills in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
• Experience with serverless architectures.
• Excellent communication skills.
