Overview

We are looking for an experienced and people-centric Sales Leader to join our EMEA Sales organisation and be responsible for driving revenue growth across Northern Germany. This role goes beyond traditional sales management, acting as a Coach, mentor, and success partner to your team.

In Short

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to exceed sales targets.

  • Act as a Coach and mentor, supporting critical deals.
  • Develop and execute the Northern Germany go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from creating interest to deal closure.
  • Remove obstacles for the team to focus on customer engagement.
  • Establish individual and team quotas aligned to company objectives.
  • Champion team successes across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and EMEA Sales Leadership.
  • Drive continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in high-growth SaaS sales environments.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Experience selling subscription-based solutions.
  • Strong belief in channel-centric selling.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Servant-leader approach to management.
