Senior Accountant / Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

This position offers a chance to grow within an international company while contributing to meaningful work. You will report directly to the CFO and collaborate with a team across Germany and Switzerland.

In Short

• Active involvement in financial processes.
• Main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with the CFO.
• Oversee liquidity planning and management of accounts payable and receivable.
• Support implementation and improvement of reporting processes.
• Continuously enhance and automate financial processes.

Requirements

• Commercial training or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Swiss accounting and controlling, preferably in a digital startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of Abacus and digital tools.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1).
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency improvements.
