Senior Accounting Manager - Finance - Remote

Overview

The Senior Accounting Manager will lead the financial close processes and oversee financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP while managing a team of accounting professionals.

In Short

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Oversee consolidation accounting and intercompany reconciliations
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Support FP&A with variance analysis and financial insights
• Prepare management and Board-level financial reports
• Establish and improve accounting policies and internal controls
• Lead and mentor the accounting team
• Identify process improvements for month-end close
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial input

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in financial reporting and analysis
• Experience with audit processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented and proactive
