Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of five years of accounting experience in a supervisory role.
• CPA certification preferred; significant healthcare experience required.
• Expert-level knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid reimbursement methodologies is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
