Finance & Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance & Accounting Manager will be responsible for the independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB, account reconciliation, and monitoring liquidity management.

In Short

• Preparation of financial statements according to HGB
• Account reconciliation in main and subsidiary ledgers
• Monitoring of receivables and liquidity management
• Pre-accounting in DATEV
• Collaboration on budgets and forecasts with management
• Preparation of VAT returns and assessment of tax matters
• Support for internal finance projects and process optimization

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as an accountant
• At least three years of experience in (financial) accounting, preferably in trade or automotive sectors
• Structured and responsible working style with strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with DATEV
• Very good German and English language skills, spoken and written
