Finance & Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance & Accounting Manager Role supports the Finance function, reporting to the Director of Finance, to assist with the invoice & expense processing, policy compliance, accounting, budgeting, reporting, and administrative functions.

In Short

• Own Accounts Payable and manage timely, compliant payments.
• Manage expense reimbursements and corporate card program.
• Perform routine general ledger tasks for monthly & quarterly close.
• Support domestic and international payroll platforms.
• Assist with auditor communications and compliance work.
• Support annual budgeting process with customer service-oriented methodology.
• Create quarterly budget to actuals reporting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate on policy design and internal control improvements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for finance questions.
• Maintain organized digital finance files and assist with training materials.

Requirements

• Experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and expense management.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
• Experience with payroll systems.
• Ability to manage compliance and risk management processes.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
