In Short

• Manage full spectrum of finance operations.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and invoicing.
• Handle tax compliance and financial oversight.
• Issue invoices and chase payments.
• Maintain day-to-day financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Monitor receivables and payables.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain Zoho Finance Suite entries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience with bookkeeping and invoicing.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Experience with Zoho Books or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
