Finance & Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Finance & Accounting Manager to drive financial excellence, streamline accounting processes, and ensure robust compliance at Zerion.

In Short

• Collaborate with and oversee external accounting firms managing US fiat and crypto accounting
• Manage the full cycle of incoming and outgoing payments (both fiat & crypto)
• Maintain and refine a financial model and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Configure QuickBooks and develop key financial reports for stakeholders
• Establish and oversee internal audit procedures
• Optimize and manage the Stripe ecosystem for invoicing
• Oversee the budgeting process ensuring efficient cost management
• Prepare financial due diligence materials for fundraising initiatives
• Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements
• Follow up with business units to ensure cost budgets are adhered to

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in finance
• Good understanding of U.S GAAP/IFRS
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Experience managing payments and invoicing
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions
