In Short

• Manage responses to RFP’s, RFI’s, RFQ’s, and SOW’s.
• Develop responses incorporating brand standards.
• Facilitate proposal review processes.
• Track potential opportunities through procurement sites.
• Passionate about process improvement and proposal excellence.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of proposal coordination or management experience in the Federal sector.
• Experience supporting proposals within the Intelligence Community or other federal agencies.
• Familiarity with federal procurement regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with proposal management tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with local and remote teams.
