As a People & Talent Partner at Radformation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the candidate journey and employee experience, contributing to a mission-driven team focused on improving cancer care.

• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines using Lever.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication.
• Support onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Assist with internal communications and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Gather employee feedback to inform People initiatives.
• Participate in projects to enhance workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR roles.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Exposure to onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, especially Lever.
• Strong interest in a career in HR or Talent Acquisition.
