Overview

As the Director of Emerging Products at Rad AI, you will lead the incubation of new projects and product lines, blending engineering, product management, and venture-style incubation to explore and execute disruptive ideas.

• Lead the incubation of new product lines at Rad AI.

Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering, product management, and technical leadership roles.
• Strong technical foundation in AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Experience in early-stage product incubation and R&D-driven innovation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Track record of building and leading high-impact teams.
• Experience with lean product development and rapid iteration.
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking.
• Prior experience setting up a new office/location is a plus.
