Overview

The Technical Customer Success Manager owns the relationship with each customer, ensuring their technical and support needs are met while serving as a liaison between the customer and the support infrastructure.

In Short

  • Owns customer relationships and ensures their technical needs are met.
  • Acts as a front-line technical analyst and advisor.
  • Handles escalations and trouble issues for customers.
  • Advises on technical configurations and tools.
  • Utilizes best practices to evaluate and advise customers.
  • Mentors Level I and Level II roles.
  • Engages customers quarterly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identifies new business opportunities for growth.
  • Forecasts churn and engages managers to retain customers.
  • Ensures high End of Ticket Ratings through service delivery.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of project lifecycle and industry trends.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Must be based in Mexico in specified locations.
