Senior Project Manager (DACH) - Remote

In Short

• Lead, coordinate and monitor projects from initiation through delivery for complex client engagements.
• Build relationships with customers to identify new opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external departments.
• Ensure technical projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Gather and document requirements to solve customer pain points.
• Manage project risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare key project documents and deliverables.
• Collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in both German and English required.
• Must be based in the DACH region.

Requirements

• PMP/Prince2 (Practitioner) certification.
• Basic certification from one or more Cloud Service Providers.
• Proven ability to execute projects reliably.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL preferred).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner.
• General knowledge of cloud technologies and IT operations.
• Enterprise level use of MS Office suite including Project and Visio.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience in leading technical projects from initiation to delivery.
