Overview

The Project Manager role focuses on IT service stability and problem management, ensuring system performance, stability, and resiliency in an externally hosted environment integrated with Bank of America's systems.

In Short

  • Lead IT service stability and problem management initiatives.
  • Consult on Change Management, Post Incident Problem Management, and Disaster Recovery.
  • Ensure system resiliency and high availability.
  • Facilitate meetings and document root causes of issues.
  • Identify and mitigate single points of failure.
  • Manage planned changes with minimal disruption.
  • Create and maintain operational support documentation.
  • Ensure provider adherence to SLA and compliance standards.
  • Oversee Disaster Recovery exercises.
  • Analyze trends and report on service availability and stability.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Science preferred.
  • 3-5 years of ITSM/ITIL framework experience.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in IT system administration best practices.
  • Proven ability to translate technical analysis into business cases.
  • Strong inter-personal and conflict resolution skills.
