Overview

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project and Service Manager with extensive experience in coordinating security services. This person will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient management of their needs, proper execution of contracted services, and prompt resolution of any issues.

• Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends and threats to proactively advise clients.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in cybersecurity and service management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity services such as penetration testing, vulnerability management, cyber intelligence, among others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work teams.
• Results-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
