Overview

The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering Workday HCM, ensuring the system operates effectively and meets organizational needs.

In Short

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration experience.
  • Workday Pro certification in one or more modules.
  • Proficiency in Core HCM and Business Process configuration.
  • Experience building various types of Workday reports.
  • Knowledge of EIBs and integration types.
  • Strong data acumen for identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  • Experience supporting Workday semi-annual releases.
  • Excellent documentation skills.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration experience in a production tenant environment.
  • Workday Pro certification in one or more modules (HCM, Reporting, Integrations, Benefits, Compensation, or Recruiting).
  • Proficiency in Core HCM, Business Process configuration, and Security Administration.
  • Experience building Workday reports: Simple, Advanced, Matrix, and/or Composite.
  • Working knowledge of EIBs and at least one integration type (Studio, Core Connector, or PECI/PICOF).
  • Strong data acumen: ability to identify data quality issues, perform audits, and lead resolution.
  • Experience supporting Workday semi-annual releases including impact assessment and testing.
  • Excellent documentation skills — configuration guides, process maps, and runbooks.
