Overview

Bay Area Community Resources is seeking a highly motivated Workday FINS and HCM Administrator to manage and support the implementation and ongoing support of Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials (FINS) systems.

• Manage and support Workday HCM and FINS systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for system enhancements.
• Maintain user roles and security settings within Workday.
• Generate and analyze key reports related to HCM and FINS data.
• Stay updated with Workday product features and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide user support and training on Workday functionalities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial system administration.
• Proven experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials administration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity.
• Understanding of HR and accounting processes.
• Workday Pro FINS or Security certification is a plus.
