Overview

The Workplace Administrator will manage the group's Workplace solutions, ensuring operational conditions and contributing to the evolution of these solutions and related tools.

In Short

  • Maintain operational infrastructure related to workplace solutions.
  • Collaborate with the IT Architecture team to address technical evolution needs.
  • Contribute to the drafting of management policies and procedures.
  • Participate in deployments as part of change management processes.
  • Keep repositories up to date (CMDB).
  • Identify and qualify tools to enhance productivity.
  • Participate in the design and evolution of infrastructures.
  • Draft and maintain installation documents.
  • Ensure compliance with security rules established by the Information Systems Security Manager.
  • Qualify, analyze, and manage incidents and requests.

Requirements

  • Bac+5 in Computer Science with 1 year of experience.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with Windows client and server operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Windows Deployment Services, WSUS, KMS, Print Management, and RDP.
  • Familiarity with Incident Management, Request Management, ITIL, and Migration processes.
  • Basic/Intermediate knowledge of security best practices and antivirus for workstations.
  • Experience with SCCM and Intune Autopilot/MDM.
  • Fluent in English and able to work in an international context.
