Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience.

• Experience with stress and trauma support.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and dynamics.
• Preferred knowledge of climate issues and equity-focused practices.
• Familiarity with HR systems like Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Spanish or other language skills are a plus.
