Overview

The Member Success Manager is responsible for managing relationships with members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of services offered by NRTC, focusing on contract renewals and upselling additional solutions.

  • Develop account strategies to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving member issues.
  • Drive member satisfaction through ongoing education and assistance.
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews to key stakeholders.
  • Participate in regional/national shows to generate leads.
  • Renew contracts and offer additional services to members.
  • Utilize tools like NetSuite and Hubspot to track member activity.
  • Maintain oversight of member renewal funnel and forecast sales growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Three years of sales experience, preferably in software or managed services.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of NRTC Managed Services solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office.
  • Understanding of account management principles.
  • Skilled in consultative selling and negotiation.
  • Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
