Senior HR Services Specialist - LATAM - Remote

The Senior HR Services Specialist will provide direct support to employees and HR groups, managing HR-related transactions and inquiries in a centralized function.

In Short

• Provide support for HR-related transactions and inquiries.
• Handle onboarding, employee data changes, and leave of absence administration.
• Identify process improvement projects to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and staff to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain employee documentation and manage HRIS data.
• Educate employees on HR resources and self-service tools.
• Participate in system testing and provide feedback.
• Provide general HR advice to employees and managers.
• Complete audits and manage benefits enrollment.
• Support business reorganizations with HRBPs/HRGs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Two years of experience in HR Operations and Global Employee Relations.
• Experience with HRIS systems and handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to build stable working relationships.
• Experience with complex HR processes and customer service.
• Workday Human Capital Management experience preferred.
• Adaptability to different situations and stress management.
