Overview

As a Customer Care Representative at Rockwell Automation, you will maintain customer relationships and support sales efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets in a global technology leader's environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCSE Grade C in English & Mathematics.
  • Experience in customer support through chat and email.
  • Skills in cross-selling products.
  • Ability to analyze information and provide solutions.
  • Experience in B2B sales and key account management preferred.
