Co-op, Manufacturing Engineering - Remote

Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on helping the world’s manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile. We are looking for a team-oriented co-op student in Manufacturing Engineering to support our manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.

In Short

• Coordinate manufacturing processes for power solution products.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
• Work with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve workflows.
• Help develop and implement quality control procedures.
• Create comprehensive documentation for equipment and processes.
• Engage in collaboration with maintenance and production teams.
• Implement measures to safeguard collected data.
• Must have completed at least your freshman year of college.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Previous co-op or internship experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles.
• Familiarity with CAD software and process simulation tools.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems.
• Ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
