Overview

The Technical Site Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient IT support and partnership for Rockwell Automation users in North America and Latin America, bridging the gap between global IT teams and business units.

In Short

Act as an IT business partner for regional businesses.
Coordinate regional IT communication channels.
Document business unit requirements.
Support IT project rollouts in LATAM and NA regions.
Assist in incident escalation and resolution.
Support IT operation maintenance for LATAM and NA sites.
Attend IT audits and prepare training.
Manage procurement and payments follow-up.
Engage with stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Contribute to IT solutions aligned with the Strategic IT Roadmap.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
Advanced English level.
