Overview

The HR Coordinator will support all North American HR functions for ILSC Education Group and ELS Educational Services, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR reporting.

In Short

  • Support recruitment initiatives including job postings and tools.
  • Draft offer letters and manage new hire packages.
  • Assist with HR processes including compliance and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with payroll on employee matters.
  • Maintain employee file records in HRIS.
  • Support employee engagement and retention projects.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  • Assist with employee exit interviews.
  • Update internal HR Sharepoint and HRIS sites.
  • Additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resource Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in a multi-location work environment is an asset.
  • CPHR or SHRM designation is a plus.
