Senior DeFi Product Lead - Remote

Overview

At R3, we are building the on-ramp for the next trillion dollars of assets to move onchain, bridging the worlds of traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi). We are launching a Solana-native protocol purpose-built to bring real-world assets into onchain capital markets.

In Short

• Lead product design and go-to-market efforts for DeFi-native products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DeFi product management.
• Deep understanding of DeFi strategies and mechanics.
• Strong knowledge of Solana and its ecosystem.
• Familiarity with financial products like debt and equity.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance for tokenized assets.
• Proven ability to form partnerships.
• Comfortable making decisions in ambiguity.
• Active presence in the crypto community.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative and flexible mindset.
