Senior Product Designer (DeFi) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced DeFi / FinTech Product Designer to join a team of design-minded software engineers at DELV, where you will help shape the future of trustless ownership and programmatic markets of crypto-native assets.

In Short

• Lead User Experience of DeFi product(s) and features.
• Refine big, conceptual ideas into usable experiences.
• Utilize a broad design skillset including product design and UX/UI design.
• Work on evolving and leveling up DELV's Design System.
• Contribute product thinking into strategic decisions.
• Create interactive prototypes to articulate intended experiences.
• Champion a culture of design and collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience in building and shipping FinTech or DeFi products.
• Deep skill set in product design including UX and visual design.
• Experience in a startup environment with marketing and engineering teams.
• Ability to ideate and deliver within an iterative design process.
• Competence in design software like Figma and Adobe products.
• Experience working with remote teams and clients.
• Passion for onchain finance and blockchain technology.
• Fluency in English.
