Overview

We’re looking for a DeFi Community Cultivator & Growth Manager to own our community social media channels and be a public face of the company, engaging audiences through dynamic and interactive social content.

In Short

• Own DELV’s presence on social channels like X/Twitter, Farcaster, Discord, Telegram, and YouTube.
• Drive social listening and market research to identify content trends.
• Monitor DeFi and Web3 community trends for engagement opportunities.
• Deliver expressive social media copy.
• Host regular X/Twitter spaces on engaging topics.
• Engage with the community to enhance brand awareness.
• Oversee social research, planning, and reporting.
• Maintain social media tracking and perform optimizations.
• Identify target audiences and develop engagement tactics.
• Evaluate social trends qualitatively and quantitatively.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of social media marketing and community management experience.
• Intimate understanding of social media platforms.
• Passion for DeFi and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Expertise in social media best practices.
• Proficiency in social media publishing and measurement tools.
• Strong storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Motivated and resourceful, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English.
