Maven is the gold standard in post-grad education for product, design, & engineering professionals. We’re looking for someone to build our community-led growth engine from the ground up.

In Short

• Develop a vision for our social brand and community-led growth.
• Ideate execution tactics, test and learn to find the winning angle.
• Create templates for instructors and big editorial moments for our brand.
• Work alongside a small, empowered team.
• Engage in customer research and strategic thinking.
• Contribute to company strategy during biannual offsite gatherings.
• Leverage community and social distribution to drive business growth.
• Demonstrate exceptional taste in brand and content decisions.
• Master the written word, especially on social media.
• Run analytics on Amplitude and Metabase.

Requirements

• Experience in community growth and social media.
• Strong content creation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on.
• Quantitative understanding of analytics.
• Marketplace experience is a plus.
