The Senior Director for Charge Capture Auditing Operations will oversee the Charge Capture Auditing Operations Team, standardizing initiatives and managing operations to enhance revenue recovery for healthcare providers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree or AHIMA credentials (RHIA, RHIT, CCS).
• Knowledge of coding classification systems (ICD-10, HCPCS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerBi.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and P&L experience.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
