Overview

The Cash Posting Representative will support the back-end cash posting function for R1 customer sites across the United States, ensuring maximum revenue for clients through accurate and timely application of payments.

• Responsible for cash posting operations.
• Must be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Cash Posting process.
• Investigate and analyze accounts and deposits.
• Contact payers for payment research.
• Reduce unidentified deposits and account escalations.
• Conduct audits and controls for compliance.
• Develop training materials for cash posting operations.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments.
• Meet deadlines and complete special projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with root cause analysis.
• Basic Excel experience preferred.
• Desirable experience in revenue cycle management or claims processing.
