IT-Services Support Associate - Remote

Overview

The IT-Services Support Associate will be the first point of contact for employees, providing support for internal IT Services and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners. This role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office.

In Short

• Be the first point of contact for employees regarding IT support.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and providing necessary equipment.
• Maintain and manage IT assets and inventory.
• Support IT operations by handling tickets via Jira and Slack.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support.
• Familiarity with tools like Jumpcloud, Okta, or Onelogin.
• Comfortable supporting Windows and Mac systems.
• Experience with laptop maintenance and conferencing systems.
• Business fluent in German (min C1) and fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel between Berlin and Munich.
• Nice to have: knowledge of ITIL and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
