Overview

As a Technical Support Partner (TSP) at Qventus, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customers and our internal teams, ensuring seamless technical support and project management to enhance healthcare operations.

In Short

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support to clients.
  • Lead technical project management for post go-live product solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to implement solutions that add client value.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Document and analyze data effectively.
  • Maintain documentation for Qventus solutions.

Requirements

  • Understanding of enterprise-wide project management capabilities.
  • Experience with SQL, ETL, Python, and BI support.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to manage project lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of inpatient and perioperative metrics.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Experience with hospital systems project support.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
