Overview

The QuoteWell team is looking for an established Energy broker to join our team as either a Senior Vice President or Vice President and continue to build our energy practice. We’re looking for a dynamic broker who recognizes the industry's challenges and wants to help build innovative solutions.

In Short

  • Drive sales and new carrier appointments to grow QuoteWell's footprint
  • Support the continued evolution of wholesale operations at QuoteWell
  • Develop, maintain and cultivate client and agent relationships
  • Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business
  • Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build solutions

Requirements

  • Sufficient experience that allowed you to build a sizable book of business
  • Necessary licenses for your appropriate lines of business
  • Strong sales / producer abilities
  • Ability to handle high-volume deals, generating quotes and servicing policies quickly
  • Excellent communication skills: both in-person and written
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • A natural desire to see things through and a history of being scrappy when it counts
  • Willingness and ability to travel depending on the needs of clients, Agents, and new business
