Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise AI & CX - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a technically deep, hands-on Solutions Engineer with strong enterprise contact center and customer experience expertise, combined with a startup and builder mindset, to lead the design, prototyping, and hardening of AI-driven solutions for large enterprise prospects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer experience or contact center environments.
• Strong familiarity with CCaaS, CRM systems, and reporting metrics.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery in complex environments.
• Experience in building AI-driven applications.
• Hands-on experience with Python and API client development.
• Working knowledge of cloud architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience operating in high-growth startups.
• High ownership mentality with minimal dependency on external resources.
• Comfortable navigating executive conversations.
• Ability to document architecture and technical success criteria clearly.
