Overview

The Sourcing Manager, Americas will focus on sourcing footwear & leather goods in Mexico &/or Brazil, with an emphasis on optimizing Quince’s supply chain through nearshoring strategies.

• Re-source existing products with long lead times and high logistics costs.
• Identify and launch new footwear & leather products from the region.
• Scouting and vetting potential suppliers.
• Conducting cost analyses for core products.
• Onboarding and integrating suppliers into Quince’s supply chain.
• Ensuring long-term supplier success and operational efficiencies.
• Develop and execute a category supply chain strategy.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with supplier management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management.
• Established factory partnerships within knits apparel across the Americas.
• Passion for product development and vendor expertise.
• Strong general management mindset with experience in lean manufacturing.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Natural connector who builds strong relationships.
• Proactive and assertive, able to self-manage in a remote setting.
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Spanish &/or Portuguese speaking.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
