Overview

QuillBot is looking for a Customer Success Specialist II to join our team, helping users strengthen their writing and improve communication.

In Short

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to convert free users into paid customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Inform customers about new products and features.
  • Follow up to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
  • Provide personalized solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage community platforms to promote products and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS-based product company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience in B2B customer support and managing complex accounts.
  • Outbound customer engagement experience is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Zendesk is preferred.
  • Prior experience managing community platforms is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of AI language models is preferred.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting on Mac and Windows platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
