In Short

• Lead the architecture and development of complex, scalable frontend systems.
• Design and build high-quality user-facing features using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
• Own project execution end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
• Define and champion best practices across the engineering lifecycle.
• Prototype rapidly and iterate on evolving ideas.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Drive operational excellence and contribute to system reliability improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues across the stack.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications.
• Deep expertise in frontend technologies, including React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience architecting complex frontend systems.
• Strong programming skills in at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js or Python).
• Strong understanding of design patterns and production-quality code standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning.
• Experience developing highly interactive interfaces is an advantage.
