Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated Technical Operations Engineer specializing in Solana infrastructure to ensure the reliability, scalability, and exceptional performance of our Solana-based services.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end deployment and optimization projects for Solana infrastructure.
• Own SEV 0/1 response and coordinate mitigation across teams.
• Define and manage service-level objectives (SLOs) and SLAs.
• Develop dashboards and alerting solutions using tools like Grafana and DataDog.
• Implement and maintain automation via Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Provide mentorship to engineers on deployment and observability.
• Act as a technical representative in Solana forums and community calls.
• Partner with internal teams to solve customer-impacting issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years in Technical Operations or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Solana validator nodes and RPC endpoints.
• Experience with configuration management and infrastructure automation tools.
• Competency in scripting/programming languages like Rust, Go, JavaScript.
• Advanced proficiency in monitoring platforms like Grafana and DataDog.
• Strong track record defining, measuring SLAs/SLOs.
