In Short

  • Drive transformational process improvements across the organization.
  • Overhaul Lead to Cash process and enhance data foundations.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration among IT, Sales, and Finance teams.
  • Act as a catalyst for transformational change.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Engage stakeholders through workshops and training sessions.
  • Lead complex inter-dependent programs simultaneously.
  • Inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
  • Champion process excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Set vision and establish KPIs for process improvements.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in process improvement in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience leading Six Sigma projects.
  • Excellent understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex programs.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Ability to engage and inspire diverse teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree and Six Sigma certifications required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with IT and Sales teams.
