Sr. Manager, Business Transformation- Product Management - Remote

Overview

The Transformation Team Lead will play a critical role in revolutionizing our development processes within the Product, UX, and Engineering (PXE) Organization at Qualtrics. You will lead initiatives that align with our goals of driving innovation and increasing efficiency in product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years work experience in program management or process improvement.
• 4+ years in a Product and/or Engineering organization.
• 6+ years of management experience.
• Track record of leading transformation initiatives.
• Experience in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated results from previous transformation programs.
