The Renewals Manager for the APAC Region focuses on planning and executing the renewals lifecycle while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

• Execute renewals and customer success strategic plans
• Manage the renewal process to maximize revenue growth
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Regional Directors
• Track key performance metrics and dashboards
• Lead and mentor the APAC Renewals Team
• Deliver regional forecast and performance metrics
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify expansion opportunities within the customer base
• Manage ad hoc projects for process improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in technology sales/renewals
• Strong team leadership and critical thinking skills
• Experience with SFDC
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Willingness to manage and coach a team
• Experience in transitioning to a Subscription Business Model
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
