The Qt Company is looking for a Sales Specialist, Contracts to join our Sales Support team. This role focuses on streamlining and supporting the contracting process for frontline sales teams, ensuring adherence to policies, and collaborating with various teams to improve processes.

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for contracting process support for frontline sales teams.
• Guide teams in adhering to Qt contracting policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with legal and product teams to develop sales contracting process.
• Maintain the CLM platform and collaborate with IT for further development.
• Perform contract reviews to ensure compliance with policies.
• Deliver training on contracting processes and tools.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, legal, or contract administration.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales processes.
• Ability to learn business processes and systems quickly.
• Understanding of business-to-business contract law.
• Ability to draft and modify legal texts.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment.
• Master's degree in business, law, or technology.
• Strong negotiation skills.
