Overview

The Implementation Project Coordinator is a member of the Clinical Compliance team who supports the departments by providing administrative work, contributing to project management, assisting with Go Live implementation and EMR support.

In Short

  • Complete Transitional Evals as assigned
  • Create GO LIVE Chats for each client
  • Create new section group for each GO LIVE including task checklist in assigned software
  • Create, update and maintain GO LIVE checklist as established by Master Implementation Guide
  • Upload documents to Share Point
  • Provide data entry support and reporting in CRM
  • Complete routine EMR audits as assigned and within established timelines
  • Provide EMR question and answer support to the field as needed
  • Daily written and verbal communication and response to appropriate parties within 24 hours
  • Ensure QTI team projects are hitting appropriate deadlines and involve needed stakeholders to ensure timeliness

Requirements

  • 3 plus years of administration experience
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Effective proactive written and verbal communication supporting client satisfaction and retention
  • Strong collaborative skills with team and clients with the ability to work remotely and autonomously
  • Strong time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Demonstrate discretion, sensitivity, and ability to maintain client confidentiality
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, with the aptitude to learn new programs
