Regional Operations Support - Remote

Overview

The Regional Operations Support oversees the client’s Directors of Rehab temporarily with the goal of quality care, compliance, fiscal success, and implementation of new initiatives for the purpose of client satisfaction and retention.

In Short

• Lead and develop high-performing rehab departments.
• Participate in the pre-go-live phase of new contracts.
• Schedule and participate in site visits.
• Assist with Regional PTO coverage.
• Schedule and lead weekly calls with DORs.
• Develop and maintain effective DORs.
• Communicate relevant information to supervisors.
• Collaborate with RVP and BD.
• Evaluate and assess personal performance.
• Support client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years PT, OT, ST in LTC preferred.
• 2+ years management of DORs in LTC.
• Proficiency in federal and state reimbursement guidelines.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and autonomously.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Positive relationship-building skills.
• Microsoft Office and EMR proficiency.
